1. Analog Indication Instructions
Circuit Breaker Status Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the circuit breaker is closed, the closing contact closes, and the red vertical analog bar lights up; when the circuit breaker is open, the opening contact closes, and the green horizontal analog bar lights up.
Handcart Position Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the working position contact closes, the red vertical analog bar lights up; when the experimental position contact closes, the green horizontal analog bar lights up.
Spring Energy Storage Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the contact closes, the red LED lights up, indicating that energy has been stored; when the contact opens, the green LED lights up, indicating that energy has not been stored.
Grounding Switch Status Indication (Passive Contact Input): When the contact closes, the red vertical analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding switch is closed; when the contact opens, the green horizontal analog bar lights up, indicating that the grounding switch is open.
Note: All lighting indications do not light up in the power - off state. The above contact signals are all from the auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker.
2. High - Voltage Live Indication Part
LED Starting Voltage (KV): Bus voltage × 0.15 - 0.65
Lock - out Starting Voltage (KV): Bus voltage × 0.65
When the three phases are all de - energized, the lock - out is released, and the electromagnetic lock is activated.
3. Temperature and Humidity Control Part
Sensor Channels: XTKB - 100A/XTKB - 100B can be optionally equipped with one - channel condensation and one - channel temperature, or two - channel condensation and two - channel temperature.
Logical Relationship: When the ambient humidity is higher than 85%RH and the conditions for condensation are met, heating is started; when the ambient humidity no longer meets the condensation conditions, the device automatically stops heating. The humidity control accuracy is ±2%RH. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, the system starts heating; when the ambient temperature is higher than 16°C, the system automatically stops heating. The temperature control accuracy is ±2°C.
Forced Heating: When the forced heating switch is in the manual position, the heating output is executed unconditionally. When it is in the automatic position, the device automatically operates according to the above - mentioned control logic.
