12KV SF6 load break switch 

The load breaker switch is a kind of door type medium voltage switchgear with multiple functions. It has three working states: closed, open and grounded. Fully sealed, reinforced epoxy shell structure, filled with SF6 gas, 0.05Mpa. SF6 gas is used as the arc extinguishing insulation medium, and epoxy resin is poured into the main circuit through the upper and lower shell, so that the conductive function is not affected. The minimum parts are used to achieve the above three functions, ensuring product quality, improving reliability, maintenance free, convenient and safe operation.

Q: What is the rated voltage range of high-voltage high-breaking-capacity fuses?
A: Conventional models cover 7.2kV to 40.5kV, and some imported products reach 72.5kV. Please select the type according to the system voltage.
Q: How to distinguish the breaking capacity of fuses?
A: Check the nameplate parameters. The breaking capacity of domestic models is usually 50kA, and high-end imported products can reach 63kA (both refer to the effective value of rated short-circuit breaking current).
2. Selection and Application
Q: How to select the fuse specification for transformer protection?
A: The rated current of the fuse element is recommended to be 1.5-2 times the rated current of the transformer (e.g., select a 100-125A fuse for a 1000kVA/10kV transformer).
Q: Can it be used in DC systems?
A: Conventional products are suitable for AC systems. DC fuses with special arc-extinguishing structures should be selected for DC scenarios.
