Product Description

General

The 15kV 200A elbow separable connector is a fully - insulated and fully - sealed insert - type terminal that can be touched live. It is widely used for the connection of outdoor distribution transformers, American - style pre - fabricated substations, ring - main units, cable branching boxes, pad - mounted transformers and other electrical equipment. It is installed on the outlet side of T - II type cable heads with a current rating of 200A, 200A busbars, and single - pass (or double - pass) bushing joints and load - break switch joints of American - style pre - fabricated substations, etc. A live indicator can be installed at the test point to check the live status of the equipment, and it can also meet the requirements of line phase - checking.

It uses high - quality EPDM (ethylene - propylene - diene monomer rubber) for insulation. The conductive rod connection head is equipped with arc - extinguishing material, so it can be operated under live conditions, but it cannot interrupt short - circuit current. It can be used as a load switch to interrupt a current of 200A.

It is applicable to cross - linked polyethylene cables with a voltage rating of 15kV and a cable cross - sectional area ranging from 35mm² to 150mm².
